Producer Margot Fitzpatrick is an experienced advertising professional. She made her mark in the production sector whilst working with director Alex Proyas - from the age of 25 she produced for him worldwide through MEC in Sydney and both Propaganda and Limelight in Los Angeles and London.

Margot introduced shots magazine to Australia & New Zealand in 1992 and is responsible for it becoming the benchmark in cutting-edge advertising down-under. For over 15 years, she managed the shots Sydney office sourcing the best creative work from the region. She collaborated with Lyndy Stout to produce the shots New Director AWARD in 2008 - 2011.



In 2011, Margot moved Agency-side to be Executive Producer Broadcast at Leo Burnett Sydney for key clients Diageo, Samsung, McDonalds, Energy Australia, NBN, ABS (Census), Colonial First State and the World Wildlife Fund. 

 

Margot  has produced for directors in Sydney, London & LA and her work has been highly awarded - as both an Agency Producer & Production Company Producer - at Cannes, D&AD, British Arrows, London International, New York Festival, the ANDYS, Spikes, Adfest and AWARD.

 

Margot understands the role of high production values and how they impact on the power of a brand’s message. She can extract the most out of any budget and is inspired by working alongside her creative colleages. 

 

Margot works freelance as a Senior Agency Producer with a strong focus on creative collaboration and producing integrated content for all screens.
